OPEN GARDENS IN ECCLESHALL(Eccleshall is located 7 miles west of Stafford on the A5013/A519)
Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th JUNE 2010
By popular request once again Eccleshall is holding an OPEN GARDENS WEEKEND. We are able to offer our visitors 12 gardens some of which are “opening” for the first time as well as past favourites that have developed over the years. From one acre landscaped to long gardens down to the Town Meadow plus small cottage and vegetable/fruit gardens and town allotments, all with colour and eye catching displays. Open from 10.00am to 4.00pm. both days
If you are interested in gardens, both design and plants. You cannot miss this event.
Come to Eccleshall on Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th June 2010 for wonderful days out. Visit this floral town with many Pubs and Restaurants, and plenty of parking spaces.
Programmes£4.00 per adult, inclusive for all the gardens for both days, (children free)are on sale outside the Library in the High Streetfrom 9.30am on the Saturday and Sunday.
Cream teas from number 4 on the programme. At “Ashcroft” number 10 on the programme home-made cakes and lunch time soups are being served as well as plant sales. This is a really good day out – over 300 visitors each weekend for the past ten years cannot be wrong.
All proceeds contribute to the maintenance of the floral displays in our HISTORIC MARKET TOWN RHS Gold Standard and regional winners ofTHE HEART OF ENGLAND IN BLOOM.
