FESTIVAL STREET MARKET Saturday 26th June 2010 BOOKING FORM You are invited to book a pitch for the Festival Street Market on the above date, if you wish to book a pitch please complete this form and return it with your site fee to Mrs Libby Dale, 74 High Street, Eccleshall, Staffs. Please reserve a pitch for the Festival Street Market. I understand, and agree to abide by, the pitch conditions on the reverse. I enclose the pitch-booking fee of £10.00 (Cheques made payable to Eccleshall Festival). The fee is £15 for spaces being booked for people outside Eccleshall. The theme of the 2010 Eccleshall Festival Street Market is FANCY DRESS and we would encourage you to select a theme, western, Victorian, hippy etc for the costumes of your stall staff. It is the organisers hope that all stall staff will be in fancy dress. ECCLESHALL FESTIVAL STREET MARKET Pitch Booking Conditions
The cost of each pitch is £10 (payable at the time of booking). Each pitch should be no more than 8 feet in length and should be erected on the sets. The pavement must be kept clear for pedestrian access. Stallholders should make every effort to be in fancy dress costume of your choice. All vehicles should be removed from the High Street by 9.30am and stalls should not be dismantled until the closure of the market at 4.00pm. The space should be left clear and free of rubbish at the end of the market. Each stallholder accepts liability for any accident, or damage caused by the stallholder. The safety of each stall is the responsibility of the stallholder and (not excluding liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence) the organisers of the event shall have no responsibility to the stallholders in relation to the event except to the extent that such liability may not be so excluded or limited by law. A receipt (to be produced on the market day) will be issued to confirm the booking.
